Same issue, LODS all over the building / parking lot

did you install map data?  thats what causes the issue that the other guy had if not then it has to be something conflicting with it

Yeah, I didnt get it fixed yet I thought adding the mapdata was the fix 

can you show what issue it is? it works fine evertime ive tried it i dont get why its having issues

The LODS  in the screenshot that the first commenter posted. Have the mapdata installed as well

Did you install it as it came? just dragging the [cfx-fm-medical-center] into your resources with the other 3 resources inside, also is there any other mlo in the area conflicting with it?, if not then ive uploaded a newer version just waiting on approval it is the exact one ive been testing and the one shown in the screenshots and it has worked fine for me without any issues at all

Yeah, I been doing this quite a while. Tried troubleshooting it and all, im just not the best in codewalker otherwise I would just try to fix it myself haha

redownload it and drag it into your server as it comes (obviously unpack it first) but make sure to completely remove the old one or other things which may conflict with it as i think that is likely whats happening and clear your cache, restart server and you should be fine. You likely dont have to clear cache as its probably not going to make a difference but may aswell give it a refresh as i know its not an issue with the map causing your issue

Removed the map.. Completely cleared cache and local client cache, installed [map] and same issue with the Lods and flickering in the parking lot. Its most likely because of the vanilla files 

Finally decided to see if the vanilla Lods.. You didnt have the ymap that parents the lods that are seen in the screenshot above
