Finally decided to see if the vanilla Lods.. You didnt have the ymap that parents the lods that are seen in the screenshot above -

Removed the map.. Completely cleared cache and local client cache, installed [map] and same issue with the Lods and flickering in the parking lot. Its most likely because of the vanilla files -

Yeah, I been doing this quite a while. Tried troubleshooting it and all, im just not the best in codewalker otherwise I would just try to fix it myself haha -
