redownload it and drag it into your server as it comes (obviously unpack it first) but make sure to completely remove the old one or other things which may conflict with it as i think that is likely whats happening and clear your cache, restart server and you should be fine. You likely dont have to clear cache as its probably not going to make a difference but may aswell give it a refresh as i know its not an issue with the map causing your issue -

Did you install it as it came? just dragging the [cfx-fm-medical-center] into your resources with the other 3 resources inside, also is there any other mlo in the area conflicting with it?, if not then ive uploaded a newer version just waiting on approval it is the exact one ive been testing and the one shown in the screenshots and it has worked fine for me without any issues at all -
